Order Status & Confirmation
An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours (2 business days - allow longer if you place your order on a Friday or weekend) of your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to respond to your request right away.
Shipping and Order Processing Days and Times
Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. Exceptions are noted below.
No orders are processed or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays or company closures (listed below). If you place a "Next Day Air" order on Friday before 1PM EST, your order will be delivered on monday, as Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days. If you place a "Next Day Air" order on Friday after 1PM PST, your order will be processed and shipped out on monday and you will receive it on tuesday. The same goes for 2nd Day Air, 3-day and 5-day ground, please do not count the weekends in your delivery time. The 2,3, and 5 days are business days, not counting Saturday, Sunday or national holidays or company closure days. These shipping methods are not available to all locations and addresses and we cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Items being shipped outside Canada will be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country the product is being imported to. The customer (the person importing the product) is responsible to pay the import duties and taxes incurred by customs when the product reaches the country of destination. kubxlab is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred by the imporation of products into countries other than Canada. The customer is responsible to pay all duties, taxes, and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import department of their respective country. If you have any questions about our International Shipping Policy, please contact email@example.com. Once again, kubxlab is not responsible to pay the import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed when ordering or importing products into countries other than Canada. kubxlab is required by law to declare full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation. We can not declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid. kubxlab does not ship to Taiwan. Thank you for your understanding.
From time to time, kubxlab will offer promotions for free or discounted shipping rates. Unless otherwise specified, these promotions are limited to UPS Ground in Canada and the Contiguous United States.
Returns for Products Not Purchased from kubxlab.com
If you have purchased an kubxlab product from anywhere other than this website (kubxlab.com) and you are not completely satisfied, you are encouraged to return the product to the original place of purchase as this will generally be a much quicker and easier process. Should this not be feasible, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the date of purchase and a detailed description of the reason for requesting a return.
Returns for Products Purchased from kubxlab.com
We guarantee all merchandise sold by kubxlab.com. If you have made a purchase directly from kubxlab through kubxlab.com and are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt and kubxlab will provide a replacement or refund in the amount paid for the returned product less shipping expenses. After 30 days, kubxlab cannot accept returns for any reason other than defective manufacturing. All items must be returned in salable condition.
The Return Process
- You: Email us to request an RMA number
- We: Review your request and either approve or deny based on the information you've given
- You: Simply wait until the return review process is complete
- We: Email you with the results of the review process
If your request is approved...
- Ensure the item being returned is in salable condition
- Pack the item in the original packaging and shipping boxes. Include the original packing slip and your RMA number
- Mark the package as a return and put a declared value of $1 to ensure customs clearance

kubxlab is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to kubxlab. We recommend that you ship your returned products to kubxlab via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Promptly following kubxlab’s receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), kubxlab will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, kubxlab does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. kubxlab will not provide a refund for a non-defective product that is received by kubxlab more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. kubxlab also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
This defective product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale or cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than kubxlab’s website.
kubxlab is not responsible for damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property carried in the kubxlab product to the maximum extent permitted by law.
