I just bought a new leather band and it’s a bit stiff. How do I make it fit more comfortably?

Genuine leather can be stiff and needs to be worked in just like a pair of shoes. Please allow a week to work in your new band. Or bend and form the band yourself to speed up the process for a better fit. This process can be used on the Timepiece, Vintage, Force,Icarius, Nappa and Carbon Collection bands.

Will the new nano fit current Kubxlab bands?

Yes! The latest nano is physically identical to last year's and will fit every Kubxlab band perfectly.

Do I need to buy the latest nano to get the 16 new watch faces?

No! You can get the new watch faces simply by updating your current nano. Just connect it to iTunes, click the 'Check for Updates' button and then follow the on screen instructions.

How do I attach and remove the nano from the clip?

To place the nano into the band securely, you must first turn the nano upside down so the sleep/wake button is on the bottom right corner.

PRESS the base of the nano's hinged clip to open it and then align it so that the hinge of the nano fits into the bottom slot of the Kubxlab clip. Now, SLIDE the nano onto the Kubxlab clip until you hear and/or feel the CLICK of the nano's hinge snapping shut. The click means it's secure. To remove the nano, simply squeeze the base of the nano to open the clip again and slide the nano back off of the Kubxlab clip.

While I am wearing my iPod as a watch can I still listen to music?

Yep! The Kubxlab strap is meant to fashionably and practically enhance your iPod features. You can wear the nano as a watch and still enjoy music, photos, the pedometer and everything else the nano can do. The watch is great for the gym and the headphone jack is located conveniently on the bottom left side (facing up your arm), so your head phones won’t get tangled while working out or walking.

How do I rotate the screen on the nano?

Just touch and twist. To elaborate, place two fingers on the screen and rotate them in the desired direction. You'll see the screen orientation changing as you do it.

I am left handed and would like to wear my watch on my right hand, is this possible?

Sure. First, remove the bands from the clip in the same way you would remove any watch band, by removing the pins. The Q and Q2 collections feature quick-release pins that don't require any tools to remove.  Once the bands have been removed, simply switch them around and reattach them on the opposite sides of the clip. Your Kubxlab is now lefty compatible.

How long does the battery last?

The battery life of your iPod depends on how you use it. If you only check the time periodically the battery can last up to a week. If you like to listen to music a lot or frequently use the pedometer app, it won't last as long. A fully charged nano is capable of up to 24 hours of continuous music playback.

Can I use my Nike+ kit while the iPod is in the clip?

Absolutely.

How do I show the clock face when I press the sleep/wake button?

Go to Settings, then General, then Date & Time.  Scroll down to Time on Wake and flip the switch to the ON position.
