Music on your iPod nano Watch to Enhance Sport Performance
Do you find that having music blasting makes your workout more intense? Did you know that listening to your favorite songs on your iPod nano watch before a match gets you pumped up, making you perform stronger?
Research released by The Sport Journal states, “In the hotbed of competition, where athletes are often very closely matched in ability, music has the potential to elicit a small but significant effect on performance.”
Studies show that playing music during sports or exercise “can narrow attention, in turn diverting the mind from sensations of fatigue.” And get this: “synchronization of music with repetitive exercise is associated with increased levels of work output.”

Our Q and Q2 Collection silicone watch bands are great for the gym. We highly recommend both Collections for active people. The bands are flexible, lightweight and moisture resistant. Plus, the iPod nano has a built in pedometer so you can track your steps, distance and calories while playing tennis, jogging or just walking throughout the day.
Music is the best motivator so the next time you’re feeling less than enthusiastic about hitting the gym, the court, or the field, be sure you’ve got your iPod watch and a great work out playlist.
Tips for Creating a Great nano Playlist:
· Choose songs with a tempo between 120 and 140 beats-per-minute
· Choose liberating and energetic songs that get you working harder
· Choose songs that are fun! (You won’t even realize you’re working out!)
Here are some favorites from our iPod watch playlist:
